This performative silent dinner tackles the question of possible inclusiveness and exclusiveness of a common meal. Sharing food reveals not only our personal habits and attitude towards social intimacy but also our cultural background and political environment.
Who do we share a table and/or our food? What does our own gastronomic culture mean to us and how open are we to that of the different countries and cultures?
The performance was created in Hungarian-Egyptian cooperation.
