VIKTÓRIA MAKRA

Viktor Makra was born in 1987 in Budapest. She graduated from the University of Theater and Film Arts in Budapest in 2013. During and after her university years she has participated in Hungarian and international productions as a dancer, actor and puppeteer.
In 2015 she was co-choreographer with Ákos Kalmár of the piece “How could I be who I am?” which has won a special prize at SoloDuo International Dance Festival. Among others she worked with directors and companies as Róbert Alföldi, Philippe Genty and Márta Ladjánszki. From 2016 she is a founding member of the company Ledpuppets. As a puppeteer he plays in Ciróka Puppet Theater, Mesebolt Puppet Theater and Budapest Puppet Theater. She is a member of Pneuma Szöv. as an artist activist.
As a multidisciplinary artist she is a member of Ziggurat Project since 2015. In 2018 her first own direction “The Smallest Ocean” has been presented in the co-production of the Y Group and Ledpuppets. Currently she is a contemporary and modern dance student at Premier Art School.
