ACCESS PERMITTED… but we warn you, this is a Fluid Space. Please lose yourself inside!
Be a guest of any of our realities. You may choose one in which you would like to dive deeper, but if you feel wasting your time, feel free to switch to another universe. You are also welcome to perform tiny changes, even to find a new home inside. Our time is a flexible illusion, just like our bodies floating around.

CO-WARMING /TANDEM EUROPE

2019 - 2020

The unconventional partnership between Platform Association / Ziggurat Project and Larius, an Italian social enterprise aims to improve working communities’ well-being using art-based methods. During the project Co-Warming, implemented in the frame of Tandem Europe program, we have developed tools by which colleagues will be able to be more supportive with each other in finding mental balance.

The aim of the project is to improve mental well-being and to raise attention to the burnout phenomenon in different working communities with art-based methods.

We experience in our own working community as well that to sustain, improve our own mental well-being is often neglected besides our everyday activities we do. We do not have enough time to pay attention to ourselves or each other, we are in a constant rush, cannot slow down, stop, and the phenomenon of burnout has become one of the biggest problems of our society.

This issue is present in every sector but especially affects those working in health care, pedagogues, students, social workers and freelancers.

We cannot abolish the reasons from one day to the other, but we find it crucial to create supportive working communities where colleagues are able to help each other ina  personal level, too, and where the threat of burnout is not a taboo, but something against which they proactively try to take action.

During our project we develop such artistic tools that can be integrated into our everyday life in a community and which contribute to the openness towards the topics of mental well-being and burnout.

The project is developed in the frame of Tandem Europe, a programme that stimulates strategic thinking in organisational renewal processes, helps to create and sustain culturally innovative effects across sectors, disciplines and borders, and explores creative and collaborative solutions for contemporary challenges in our societies.

Concept: Elena Giunta, Flóra Eszter Sarlós, Brigitta Kovács, Cristina Conca

The project is a co-operation between Platform Cultural Association/Ziggurat Project (HU) and LARIUS Società Cooperativa Sociale (IT).
